If you wish to utilize these free supplies, you will be responsible for the set up and break down of the supplied items. Depending on the day and time of your event, you may be asked to store the supplies overnight. If items are lost, stolen, or damaged while in your possession, you assume responsibility for the cost of replacement or repair. We will collect credit card information at the end of the application as a hold for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Support Services Pricing District Businesses: - All equipment rental fees will be waived. - Delivery/Pick Up: $35/hr per employee, minimum of $100. Outside District Businesses: Season 1 of your event, all equipment rental fees will be waived. - Delivery/Pick Up: $10/item up to 10 items, then flat rate of $200. Season 2 of your event, all equipment rental fees will be 50% off. - Delivery/Pick Up: $10/item up to 10 items, then flat rate of $200. Season 3 of your event, all equipment rental fees will be full price. - Delivery/Pick Up: $15/item up to 10 items, then flat rate of $300.
