The Mansion

The former Clarion Hotel will be replaced by a 180,000 sq. ft. mixed-use residential project dubbed the The Mansion.  The project will include 186 market rate apartment units and 3,010 sq. ft. of retail space.  Initial plans for the site were a retro-style hotel but was replaced to add much needed housing to the area.
