Concerts in the Park Goes Virtual for #CIPSAC Live!
(May 1, 2020) – Beginning May 1, and every Friday through May, Concerts in the Park (CIP) is going virtual with #CIPSAC Live! The completely free virtual concerts featuring local DJs – and past CIP performers – will spin the ultimate party every Friday in May from 7 – 8 p.m. from the comfort of home. The difficult decision to postpone Concerts in the Park was made after public officials issued guidance to reduce the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). The health and safety of the community remains the top priority for the Downtown Sacramento Partnership, the not-for-profit organization that produces the weekly summer series.
