Downtown Commons (DOCO)

The initial phase of DOCO will include a 16-story mixed-use tower that will house a Kimpton Hotel with 250 hotel rooms and 45 residences. With this phase of development, the area will see an addition of 45,000 sq. ft. of retail space and 35,000 sq. ft. of office space. Construction is in progress and will be completed by March of 2017. DOCO will be the common ground that will unite Sacramento and offer a gathering place for the community. Punch Bowl Social, State Fare, and Sauced BBQ have been announced as the first tenants in DOCO. This retail and entertainment destination will house 630,000 sq. ft. of retail space and 250,000 sq. ft. of office space when complete in 2018.
