Since leaving his TV sports Anchor job with ABC to pursue his comedy dream, Comedian Paul Morrissey has gained a loyal fanbase from his 10 late night TV appearances on shows like “The Late Show with David Letterman” & “The Late, Late Show with Craig Ferguson.” Paul headlines theaters & comedy clubs around the world. He headlined the 2018 4th of July Armed Forces Entertainment Tour for US & Coalition Troops in Iraq. He's headlined the Magner's Comedy Festival in Hong Kong & Singapore, the Montreux Comedy Festival in Switzerland & Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal. Paul co-hosts the popular” Come To Papa” podcast& radio show with Tom Papa on Sirius XM Ch 94 Comedy Greats. He has also appeared in the Nike “Riquickulous” commercials with NBA star Chris Paul .Morrissey recorded his album “Ice Cream vs Everything” at the National Comedy Center in New York, and it reached #3 on the iTunes Comedy Album charts, and was named top 10 comedy albums of the year. Paul’s first Comedy Special “A Real Humdinger” has over 1 million views on YouTube and his 2nd special “No Soup For This Soul” was released by Dry Bar Comedy in Jan 2026
