Calling All Dreamers is a business incubator where industry professionals mentor entrepreneurs to get unique business concepts into storefronts. Produced by Downtown Sacramento Partnership, the six-month-long program involves workshops, hands-on experience, a support network of other entrepreneurs, and the chance to earn a coveted business start-up package.
Previous participants of the Calling All Dreamers incubator program — Dipped N Color Splat Studio, Nash & Proper, Neo Escape Rooms, Flora & Fauna Provisions, Cerealism, Leash & Collar, Pizza Supreme Being, Sun & Soil Juice, and more — have become signature Sacramento businesses.
Meet the 2024/25 Semi-Finalists
Cà Phê Diễm
Cà Phê means coffee in Vietnamese, and Cà Phê Diễm started with a vision to reconnect with the owner’s roots, foster community, and share love for Vietnamese culture through coffee. Currently operating a mobile business at local markets and private events, they are looking to open a café that will also serve Vietnamese-inspired snacks.
Coffland Craft Butchery
Coffland Craft Butchery has been operating since 2021 and is now looking for a downtown location to give more consumers access to the highest quality meats in Sacramento. Their retail shop will bring locally raised and processed meats including beef, pork, and chicken, along with charcuterie and pâtés, to the heart of the Central City.
Half Baked Goodness
This family-owned cookie business is dedicated to spreading love and joy through eleven core cookies and two rotating “Cookies of the Week” offered in several local cafes and at various events. Half Baked Goodness is ready to open their own storefront to increase exposure to the Downtown Sacramento community and find new ways to bring deliciousness to their customers.
Haus of Comedy
Currently operating as Windhaus Improv, this fun-loving company offers teen and adult improv classes, live comedy shows, and workplace team-building sessions. Haus of Comedy will expand upon the concept and offer an independent improv and sketch comedy theater whose mission is to provide a unique space for creativity and connection, making the Central City a better place to live, work, and play.
Honey Nights
Honey Nights is an Ethiopian beverage company that blends the ancient with the modern. Tej, also known as honey wine, is a drink fermented with honey, water, and gesho, an African shrub. The owners hope to produce and sell their own take on Tej through a tasting room for the local Sacramento community.
Jinx Soda
Using syrup flavors and creams to bring a refreshing twist to traditional soda, Jinx Soda specializes in creating concoctions that delight the taste buds. Currently available at various markets throughout Sacramento, Jinx Soda is looking to move into a brick-and-mortar space where they can showcase their special beverages.
Nacho House
Serving a wide range of nachos that cater to everyone including vegans and vegetarians, Nacho House is a female-owned pop-up food vendor that is looking to find a permanent location. Each delicious nacho order can be different as customers have the choice of five meats, nine “top off” ingredients, and various cheeses.
Pittador Brews
A unique café experience in Sacramento, Pittador Brews Specialty Teas and Coffees offers premium teas, coffees, craft beers, meads, and pet-themed drinks. Their mission to provide a vibrant, pet-friendly community space that fosters human connection and appreciation for high-quality beverages.
Style For It
Style For It is currently operating as a women’s clothing retail market for sizes 12 and up. The boutique is looking to expand into a larger space with a brick-and-mortar in Downtown Sacramento. They will offer fashion resale and special occasion rentals along with fashion shows and fairs for the local community.
Transformative Spaces
With flexible design and a collaborative environment, Transformative Spaces will be a lively community of like-minded businesses joining forces under one roof. The small businesses will offer an array of products and services alongside an event space that serves to foster community interaction.

The Dreamland Cinema
The Dreamland Cinema is currently a 26-seat ‘microcinema’ focused on bringing the best in independent, arthouse, international, and cult films to Sacramento. Their plan is to move The Dreamland Cinema into a larger space downtown and expand their food and beverage menus. They also plan to showcase new releases, host movie trivia nights and VHS swaps, set the mood with pre-show DJ sets, and most importantly have more seats! Ecojoyous
Ecojoyous offers a variety of one-of-a-kind upcycled and handmade artisan goods which are locally sourced with primarily natural and organic ingredients. They also currently offer a mobile refillery for various kitchen, bathroom, and home products and plan to include a refillery in their storefront space. Capital Tuk-Tuk provides tours that feature the best parts of Sacramento. There are several tours to choose from including the Sacramento City Tour, the “Murals of Sacramento” tour, beer and wine tours, and other custom touring options lead by a knowledgeable tour guide.
