ARTHOUSE on R  is proud to present the art exhibition “Existence is Resistance” at ARTHOUSE Gallery on historic R Street in Sacramento, July 11- August 8, 2025.

Please join us as we feature the artworks of Caitlin McCarthy, Glenn Arthur, Lauren Elizabeth Miller, Richard Munoz-Moore, K. Pony Goodwin, and Chelsey Costa at ARTHOUSE on R Gallery, 1021 R Street in Sacramento. The opening reception, including an opportunity to meet the artists, is Saturday, July 12th from 5:00PM – 8:00PM.

The show will highlight the art of individuals in the Sacramento LGBTQIA+ community whose very existence is in opposition to aspects of regressive influences in our society. The exhibit will also show the various walks of life and the variety of art related to the queer community.

In addition to the Gallery show, ARTHOUSE resident artists will open their studios to the public for Second Saturday, July 12th from 5:00- 8:00 PM.
