The evening’s menu features sparkling-topped oysters, spicy Spanish nduja croquetas, a seared Ibérico Pork Secreto, and a Basque-style Seafood and Chorizo “Txangurro” Stew with an optional lump-crab upgrade. Dessert concludes the night with a festive Cava sabayon accented by berries and pistachio.
