Fridays are for the Bands

Concerts in the Park (CIP) has evolved from a “battle of the bands” meant for grabbing a beer after work with your co-workers into a rite of passage for Sacramento’s musical talent and a true music festival.
CIP is for the people of Sacramento. It’s a free event where everyone is welcome. We’re extremely proud of our journey to keep Concerts in the Park alive every Summer Friday in Cesar Chavez Plaza.
