Nothing brings a summer evening to life quite like a community coming together, and National Night Out is the perfect place to be part of it.

On Tuesday, August 4 from 4-7PM, meet your neighbors and the public safety partners who are working every day to keep downtown safe. Stop by after work, bring the family, and make an evening of it. National Night Out is all about building the connections that make a stronger, safer downtown.

Where to Find the Fun

You’ll find all the fun happening at Ali Youssefi Square, on K Street right across from DOCO.

What to Expect at National Night Out

Expect music, lawn games, and a summer evening that feels like a neighborhood block party.

Come hungry because Drewski’s Food Truck will be serving dinner all evening. The classic burger is always a solid choice, but if you’re looking for something a little lighter, the Caesar wrap is worth ordering. If you love a sweet treat, the first 20 attendees to arrive will receive a complimentary Kona Ice, great for a warm Sacramento summer evening.

You’ll also have the opportunity to get to know downtown’s local law enforcement and first responders.

Where’s the Nearest Parking

DOCO East garage, across the street. Enter on 7th street from J street. You can also visit SacPark.org to find and reserve parking ahead of time! Don’t want to drive in? Ride SacRTlight rail or buses and Amtrak to stops near the rink.
