Soul Fest Summer in Old Sac

I stopped by Waterfront Park last week and the talent from the Soul Fest Summer stage was impeccable. This artist had a cool standup bass, keyboard, acoustic guitar, obviously a microphone, but most importantly a loop. He layered his voice with all the instruments and it was so cool!
