Downtown Sacramento comes alive when people show up—and entertainment zones give everyone a reason to stay awhile.
During special events, you can grab a drink from a local bar, restaurant, or winery and take it to go in a fun branded cup as you explore (think: New Orleans, Bourbon Street party style ). Suddenly, the streets feel different—more open, more social, more alive.
Entertainment zones in Ali Youssefi Square and the Convention Center Zone help create that energy. The zones support local businesses, draw people downtown, and turn a regular outing into something worth exploring.
A few ground rules to keep it fun and safe for everyone :
- Bring your ID and keep your 21+ wristband on
- When you order a drink, ask for a to-go cup
- Keep your cup with you and toss it when you’re done
- Don’t take your drink into another bar or outside the entertainment zone
Experience your first entertainment zone: The Visit Sacramento Fan Zone is taking place in Ali Youssefi Square on March 27th from 1 p.m. – 7 p.m. and March 28th from 11 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. One of downtown’s first entertainment zones. Plan on seeing the atmosphere filled with fans, music, and and good vibes.
