Strategic Action Plan

Downtown Sacramento Partnership’s Strategic Action Plan is our roadmap for building value downtown through 2035. Grounded in our mission, the plan focuses our work around four pillars: Safe, Clean, Environmental Management, and Economic Development. Each pillar includes a priority that defines what we want to achieve and strategies that outline how we’ll get there. While our annual work will evolve with the needs of downtown, these pillars and priorities provide a consistent framework for turning our vision into action.
