Get ready for a howling good time at the Midtown Halloween Festival & Pooch Parade on October 26 from 12 to 3 p.m.!  Join us at James Marshall Park for an afternoon of tail-wagging fun with live music, games, a mini pumpkin patch, and of course the Pooch Parade starting at 2 p.m., where over 100 costumed dogs will strut their stuff for a chance to win fun prizes for best costumes! Be sure to register your dog early for easy check-in. This inaugural event, supported by Midtown Sutter restaurants, also features family-friendly activities like arts & crafts, face painting, and a bounce house.
