What is the ice rink season?

The ice rink is open November 6th, 2024 – January 20th, 2025.  

What are your operating hours?

Tuesday-Thursday: 2 PM-9PM,

Friday-Sunday: 10AM-10PM,

*Closed Mondays (except holidays)

Holiday Hours:
November 22 – Dec 1: 10 am – 10 pm
Thanksgiving Day: 10 am – 4pm
Christmas Eve: 10 am – 9 pm
Christmas Day: 12 pm – 9 pm
December 20 – January 5 : 10 am – 10 pm
New Year’s Eve: 10 am – 9 pm
Martin Luther King Jr. Day 10 am – 8 pm

How much is it to skate?

Admission is $15, $8 for children 6 and under.
$5 off with Western Health Advantage card
$5 off with Dignity Health card
$2 off with same-day SacRT ticket or pass
$150 for unlimited season pass, still subject to 2 hour rule if at capacity.
Free for Sacramento Kings Kids Club Members
Free for Veterans and Active Duty with Military ID

Are skates included in the admission price?

Yes. If you want to wear your own skates, admission is $13 (we will not sharpen personal skates).

Is there a group discount?

Yes. Group packages for 10 or more skaters are available for 2-hour sessions.
Book online. $13/skater. You can reserve a picnic table for an additional $50.

Can I book a private party?

Yes. Call rink at 916-442-8575. Limited holiday availability.

Are there Lockers?

Yes. $2 for your whole visit.

(We recommend lockers for those with bags. NO bags on the ice)

Can you rent an Ice Scooter?

Yes. Ice Scooters are $5 for 30min.

What’s your smallest skate size?

Youth 8.

What’s your largest skate size?

Men’s 15.

Can I have a half size?

We don’t carry half sizes. We always recommend sizing down.

Can I go on the ice with my street shoes?

No

Do you require helmets?

Helmets are not required but you can bring your own or rent them for $2!

How old does my child need to be to skate?

While there is no minimum age, the smallest skate size we offer is Youth 8.
Recommended minimum age: 3 years old

Can I buy socks and gloves?

Yes, $4 each. Branded crew socks are available for $13. Water $2 each. 

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final.

Do you validate parking?

No.

Where’s the nearest parking?

DOCO East garage, across the street. Enter on 7th street from J street. You can also visit SacPark.org to find and reserve parking ahead of time!
You can also ride SacRT light rail or buses and Amtrak to stops near the rink.

Where can I eat nearby?

Sauced BBQ & Spirts, Estelle’s, Koja Kitchen, Tiger, Beach Hut Deli, Yard House, MidiCi, Kodaiko, Punchbowl Social, Solomon’s Delicatessen, Polanco, Butcher & Barrel
