Applicants should be active team players who work exceptionally well with others and maintain a professional and positive attitude. Potential hires must be able to remain on their feet during the entire shift and be able to lift 40 pounds in hot or very warm weather. Set up fencing, cattleguards, furniture, canopies, serving areas, and signage prior to open. Can lead small teams of staff in specific set up tasks. Assists vendors in setting up for the event. Concert/Tear Down Lead (5pm – 11pm) Take customer orders, receive tokens, and serve beer, wine, soda, or water under supervision of the GM. Responsible for supporting the concert series to ensure superior operations, safety, fiscal health, and customer satisfaction. The shift lead must work closely with the GM, vendors, and fellow staff to keep the cashier or bar running smoothly. Oversee vendor load in & out. Provide exceptional customer service and work in a fast-paced environment. Assist in clean-up of the park and bar after concert. Both positions will cover the General Manager’s breaks.
