QArt Lofts

Bringing more residential housing to the R Street corridor, The QArt Lofts will add 51 units to R Street and will be art-themed similar to the popular Warehouse Artist Lofts (WAL). The units will be mixed income and the project is slated to begin construction in late 2018.
