The Sofia Tsakopoulos Center for the Arts

Coined as the cultural cornerstone of midtown, this project includes a 45,000 sf complex that houses two theaters with a total of 615 seats, a lobby coffee bar, stylish courtyard, restaurant, classrooms, and theatre company space. The project includes 2,800 sq. ft. of ground floor retail facing Capitol Avenue.
