Sol Collective's Souls of the City Día de los Muertos Festival Returns to Old Sacramento for a night of tradition and community connections.
Old Sacramento will come alive with the vibrant colors, music, and ancient traditions of Dia de los Muertos at the 13th annual Souls of the City Festival. Founded and organized by Sol Collective in partnership with The Center for Sacramento History.
