Revival, the Sawyer’s beloved rooftop restaurant and pool deck, is excited to launch a nightly mixology class for the month of March!

Offered daily at 4pm, locals and hotel guests alike are invited to stop by for a demonstration from Revival’s team of expert mixologists, make their own cocktail, and savor it with friends old and new. Hang on to your recipe card to create your own libations at home and get $2 off a sharable from Revival’s Spring menu.

This month’s featured cocktails include the seasonal favorite White Velvet, a refreshing and fruity take on a classic margarita with pomengranate, coconut and lime, and the Maple Grove, Revival’s signature rendition of a classic Old Fashioned.
