Let’s mix things up! Axis Gallery’s annual all-member exhibition brings together the full creative community of Axis artists for a vibrant showcase of art and collaboration. Mixtape celebrates the joy of experimentation and connection, featuring an eclectic mix of painting, sculpture, photography, and more by Sacramento’s longest-running artist collective.

Visitors are invited to enjoy an evening of art, conversation, and community during the Second Saturday public reception on December 13 from 5–7 PM.

Join us at Axis Gallery, located at 625 S Street in Sacramento’s historic R Street Corridor, within the Verge Center for the Arts building. The gallery has exhibited innovative contemporary art for over 35 years and continues to serve as a vital space for artists to explore, connect, and share work outside the commercial sphere.

Gallery hours: Friday–Sunday, 12–5 PM
