Gulf Coast Records’ Mike Zito and nine-time BMA Awards winner is coming to Sacramento Wednesday, June 18 @ Harlow’s! Zito was last here in May, 2024, supporting his lauded Life Is Hard album.

Currently, he is nominated for three Blues Music Awards:

These nominations cap off the two BMA Awards he won last year for “Blues Rock Artist of the Year”, and for “Blues Rock Album of the Year” for Blood Brothers, his dazzling record with . This album topped many 2024 “Best Of” Lists, and unexpectedly launched both he and Castiglia into the life of the award-winning actor/writer/comedian and singer Bill Murray, who ended up joining The Blood Brothers Band on stage at the Big Blues Bender last September in Las Vegas. Along with The Bender Brass horn section, Bill Murray & the Blood Brothers tore through a set of early Beatles and Bob Dylan plus Blood Brothers originals. And this has led to more tour dates and special 2025 high profile appearances all together around the country.
