City offers discounted parking programs
Street and garage parking can add up and become costly over time when you work downtown. The City of Sacramento offers discounted parking programs for part-time employees who work in the urban core.
NEW: QUALIFYING WAGE LIMITS HAVE INCREASED
effective for September 2015 renewals and sign-ups

Discount Employee Parking Program (DEPP)
This discounted program offers employees of downtown businesses the opportunity to park for affordable rates that are well below the current market parking rates. If you have employees who make less than $12 an hour, then this program is well suited for them. With this parking program you pay 25 cents per half hour at the following garages in downtown:
- Capitol Garage
- Memorial Garage
- Downtown Plaza West Garage
- Old Sacramento Garage

Part-Time Employee Parking (P-TEP):
This discounted program offers part-time employees working in downtown less than 30 hours per week and making less than $20 per hour the opportunity to park at a discounted hourly rate of 50 cents per half hour. This parking program is available at the following garages:
- Memorial Garage
- Downtown Plaza East Garage
- Downtown Plaza West Garage
- Old Sacramento Garage
- Tower Bridge Garage
