    Photo Agreement*

    Participation Fee

    Participants within the Downtown Sacramento Partnership boundaries (Front – 16th streets & H – N streets) are charged a $100 participation fee. Restaurants outside of the district are charged $150.

    Restaurant Location*
    Gift Card Agreement*
    All participating restaurants must provide four (4) – $50 restaurant gift cards for promotional giveaways to our media and influencer partners. These will be used to highlight your restaurant and the overall promotion. The cards must be available for pickup within five (5) business days.
    Charitable Donation Agreement*
    All participating restaurants agree to donate $1 per Dine Downtown meal sold to our designated charity. You will be invoiced promptly after January 19, 2025 based on your reported number of meals sold. If this agreement is not honored, we reserve the right to restrict your restaurant from participating in future Dine Downtown programs.
