What made you want to work for the Downtown Sacramento Partnership?

Downtown Sacramento is truly the epicenter of growth within the region and it is transforming into a true urban region. I really wanted to be part of the team that’s making our city a better place to live, work and play.

What are you most looking forward to in your new role as Director of Marketing & Events?

One of the things that drew me to DSP was the incredible staff… I think I’m most looking forward to working with them!

How has your past experience prepared you for your new role?

My background includes extensive experience in corporate communications, media relations, event production, brand management and volunteer engagement… plus I was born and (mostly) raised in Sacramento. I believe this makes me well-suited to take on this new role!

What is something that not many people know about you?

I love city life, the swell of people and sounds make me happy! But when I was in grade school I lived in a small town in Germany that had about 50 houses – at most – and our house backed up to a forest.
